  • 4 slices of Sourdough from The Rustik Oven
  • 4 tbsp raspberry jam
  • 2 slices prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • ½ c soft brie cheese, room temperature

directions

  1. Toast the bread
  2. Slice prosciutto into thin slivers
  3. Spread jam on toast and top with cheese and slivers of prosciutto
