- 4 slices of The Rustik Oven Sourdough Bread
- 1 can of refried beans
- 1 cup Pico de Gallo
- Half of an onion
- 2 cups of Colby cheese
- 1 tablespoon cilantro
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
directions
- Toast 4 slices of The Rustik Oven Sourdough Bread
- Dice half an onion
- Dump 1 can of refried beans in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in the microwave for 2 minutes
- Spread refried beans and chopped onions on each slice of Sourdough Bread
- Distribute 2 cup of Colby cheese onto slices of Sourdough Bread
- Bake in oven for 5 minutes at 400°F
- Top with Pico de Gallo, cilantro and fresh lime juice
